Returns and exchanges go through the store you ordered from, under its return policy. Keep the box and all the tiny pieces until you are sure the set is staying.

Missing or broken pieces

Count the accessories against the list on the box when you open it. If something is missing or broken, contact the store first; Mattel consumer services can also help with parts for many sets.

Polly Pocket toys are covered by the manufacturer's standard terms; the store that sold the set will tell you how to make a claim.
